The world "health" has recently become a very special word in our
vocabulary. We all are trying to take special care of it - at least
according to our words - but we yet all miss it big time. What's wrong
with this picture?
Well, there are many aspects to the problem, but let's have a look at
the main ones.
One of the main reasons, I believe, are that people simply pay too
little attention to healthy lifestyle, or do not quite understand this
term. Of course, leading a healthy lifestyle and even having healthy
nutrition alone has become a rather difficult thing to do in our time,
but yet if we want to be healthy, we need to do it. It's hard to find
natural food, we hardly have any time for cooking, but we ought to
invest our time into it, unless we want to have even more problems in
the near future.
Another important aspect is medicine. We depend on chemicals too much.
Of course, there are cases when it's absolutely necessary to take this
or that medicine, but on the other hand, alternative
medicine has got harmless and way more effective medicines
for the majority of such cases, while we tend to neglect this.
And, finally, there's one more very important aspect: sport and
fitness. Well, on the one hand it's an integral part of healthy
lifestyle, but on the other it's worthwhile mentioning it separately.
