You'll regroup and bounce back tomorrow. Never give up and yourself. Just work. You can reflect on your day and write down in a journal at least three things that you did well and that helped you move forward. This gives you positive reinforcement and helps to build momentum because you're giving yourself credit where credit is due. You have to learn to stay calm in crisis, to cope with stresses. I would even advice to enter a meditation course, or something like that. The inner peace is the most important thing, it's the best kind of "healthy nutrition". And, finally, you'll need a "911 squad", i mean a group of people, who can provide you a reliable support. To conclude, it's far not so simple, as it sometimes seems. If you have a lot of time, you can find all these constituents in a fitness bootcamp, not to fight alone. You'll get a professional help there. Or hire a trainer, if you have a lot of money.
